Update: it turns out that at a Civic’s wheelbase, breakover angle is ~ the inches of ground clearances under the sill. A check in AutoCAD indicates that if he’s at 2", he’s at 2 degrees breakover, and at ~1" (closer to the truth), he’s actually at 1 degree.
Or like I said, negligible.

Sounds like me last week determining if we needed to move the wheelbase on a truck we want to purchase.
Turns out we do need to move the wheelbase to 218.
